Hello! I’m Emmi Sprayberry, a visual artist based in Jackson, MS. As a mother of two creative girls and a wife to my best friend, my life is filled with inspiration. I’m also a devoted dog rescuer—currently, my family includes three lovable companions: Jeff, Whiskey, and Biscuit.

My work focuses on storytelling through immersive experiences, particularly in my current project, "Gathering Currents: Voices of the Road." This traveling storytelling series explores how music brings people together, capturing the energy and joy of live performances while documenting the narratives that arise from these shared moments. I believe that music has the power to create connections, fostering community and a sense of belonging.

As a visual artist, I primarily work with painting and photography to evoke stories of color, life, and emotion. I find immense joy music and I believe that the act of creating is a deeply fulfilling form of expression.
